National Holiday 2008- Safety measures - Fireworks

Yacht owners and captains, boat and ship attendants and more generally all users of Port Hercule are informed that, as part of the National Holiday celebrations, a firework display will be launched from the main sea wall on Tuesday 18th November at 9 p.m.
Consequently, from Monday 17th November at 7 a.m. until Wednesday 19th November at 12.30 a.m., the following is prohibited:
- the berthing and mooring of boats along the semi-floating sea wall and counter jetty
And for all those who do not need to access a boat or the harbour master’s office for professional purposes:
- access to the “Stéphano Casiraghi” Esplanade on the seawall and the section of the upper promenade on the counter jetty, as well as access to the new seawall and solarium
- access to the public car park on the new seawall.
In the event of failure to comply with these measures, the Department of Maritime Affairs, the Monaco Port Operating Company, the City Council and the Pyrotechnicians shall not be held liable for any damage incurred.
