As part of European Mobility Week, from 16th to 22nd September, the Department of the Environment is inviting residents to try out electric vehicles.
This morning, the Director of Public Safety, André Muhlberger, officially opened the operation by test driving the I-MIEV, the Prince Albert II Foundation’s car, together with its Vice-President, H.E. Mr Bernard Fautrier.
The operation begins today and finishes on Saturday 18th September; electric bikes, scooters and cars can be test driven on the Larvotto Esplanade from 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Also as part of this special week focused on different modes of mobility, on 21st September at 10.30 a.m., the Citroen Berlingo First Electric “Power by Venturi” will be presented on the square in front of the Ministry of State.
