The carabineers of HRH Prince Albert II have changed their uniform by the start of the summer schedule. Yesterday , during the procedure of changing the guards , the carabineers were in white uniforms instead of the black ones that are winter uniforms. This show happens twice a year, and only some tourists have the privilege to see it.
