On Thursday 19th January 2012, the 36th International Circus Festival of Monte Carlo will commence in Fontvieille's famous ring. Below are details of the full programme:

The panel of judges, under the Presidency of H.S.H. Princess Stéphanie of Monaco and composed of celebrities from the world of the circus, will award the famous Gold, Silver and Bronze Clowns. The panel includes Ms Jessica Hentoff: Director of the « Circus Harmony » (social Circus) – U.S.A., Ms Tatsiana Bandarchuk – Director of the Circus of Belarus, Mr Emil Steinberger– Comedian – Switzerland, Mr Bian Faji – President of China's Association of Acrobats, Mr Alexandre Ogurtsov –Vice-President of the Nikulin Circus – Russia and Mr Benny Berdino Director of the Arena Circus -Denmark.
