A gourmet Christmas for the residents of Cap Fleuri

On Thursday 20th December, the residents of the Cap Fleur home will have the pleasure and privilege of sampling an exceptional Christmas lunch. The menu is being concocted jointly by the cooks at the Princess Grace Hospital and three top chefs: Joël Garault - Hotel Hermitage - , Luc Gamel - Hotel de Paris – and Benoît Perruchon-Monge – former pastry chef at the Hotel Mirabeau and tutor at Monaco’s hotel school -.
These great names in gastronomy, who have already worked together on the Easter meal at the CHPG, will be bringing their know-how and professionalism to the establishment’s team, managed by Mrs Françoise Maechling, whose idea it was to launch the project.
To make this gourmet experience accessible, the menu has been designed so that it can be enjoyed by all the residents of the home.
