Based on the partnership signed between the Société Monégasque d’Assainissement – SMA – and the City Council, disposable ashtrays started to be handed out on Larvotto beach this morning. In all, 7,800 ashtrays will be provided by the SMA in July and August, as part of the “Clean beach campaign”.
